Your not fully understanding how the transaction of shares happen.
There is only ever 1 person who is in control when buying/selling and that is the person who places an at market order or a limit order much lower/higher than the current buy/sell lines. Everyone else who has orders that are outside the parameters of the buy/sell are just in hope that their shares and bought/sold which makes them not in control.
Your not fully understanding how the transaction of shares...
