This sidew of things is really shaping up to perhaps be the biggest driver. Power to gas plants are startign to pop up...but the whole thing is so horribly disjointed I am wondering whether various organisations/plyers interests can all be aligned to make it happen.
Who gets the money for gas into grid that arises from teh exceess from turbines? Does the household that uses the biogas pay normal gas prices and to who? If you have a good communist govt that owned it all it could work next week. But with multinationals all looking out for their own interests ... Alliander, Eon and Gasterra seem to have the most muscle and penetration so here is to hoping
