YES.
PVD are legally bound to their shareholders (of which I am one), to justify spending hundreds of thousands of their dollars.
It simply cannot be on some wild punt, just because the shell looks to have a bunch of good blokes driving it.
An obvious read between the lines, would show that PVD have been buying for one reason and one reason only. I just can't believe that the broader market is letting this neon sign, go unnoticed.
