Hi I've spent an enormous amount of time recently mapping the Cloncurry /Mt Isa region and SMD IMHO has some of the best prospects of any junior in the region.I had studiously avoided mentioning it until I picked a parcel this morning. It has some of the best assay grades in the area during 2010 and drilling will start in about 5 weeks on 2 very exciting prospects Ironbark and Bloodwood where rock chips taken a few months ago assayed 10%Cu and 12g/tAu(Ironbark).It's leases also sit on top of a significant area of a major regional fault (Mt Remarkable fault).It also has the benefit of Martin Pyle as Chairman (also involved with GOR).I have now taken positions in 3 juniors in this area SMD,AIV and SPQ .....all after careful consideration of their individual fundamentals.IMHO SMD is almost assured of some good drill results when they drill the above mentioned prospects in February or March
