OK, well, here we go.
Once they announce the results shareholders will have to quickly analyse and digest. If results are disappointing will be a sell off, if great will start a massive break higher, with all possibilities in between.
I expect the results will not be easy to read, with so many indications, some will be positive and some negative. Did they reach the Primary End point? Did they have encouraging results in some of the lesser indications? Remember each good additional lead can potentially turn into a billion dollar market opportunity. We don't need all lesser indications to be positive. Also, we probably don't have enough statistical power to resolve everything, so likely a lot of TBD's.
