+++++++++++++++++++++++++ The Directors of SecureNet Limited today received formal notice from a group of shareholders holding in excess of 5% of SecureNet's issued shares, as required by Section 249D of the Corporations Act, to call a general meeting of all shareholders. The proposed ordinary resolution from this shareholder group is for shareholders to vote on a A$68 million or A$0.90 per share capital return to all shareholders.
The Directors of SecureNet intend to call a meeting within 21 days. The meeting will be held within 60 days of receiving this notice. The company will provide further details of the proposed ordinary resolution as well as the Board's formal response to the proposed ordinary resolution in due course.
