    so many bitter shareholders who bought in at above 15 cents, above 10 cents.. and now all they can see is glass half empty.. no matters what.

    once bitten twice shy, fortunately. life does not pan out that way..

    XPD is like a loaded compressed spring, it could bounce at any moments with news of dividend.. at 3.5 cents i take the glass half full view...
