TBH there is no reason for people to be on at 3:45 when he posted - the first normal round of tournaments start at 7:00pm or 3 hours after his post.
If it was a 24/7 platform or doing tournaments from 12:00pm till 2:00am then yeah there is a bit more of a reason to be online.
