The selling at 3:59 PM is suspicious.
If there is a manipulator how much do you think he is benefiting from his tactics?
Does all his devious activity mean he only gets the shares for a few cents less, or are we talking ten of cents less?
If he is only making a marginal saving, then I don't care too much, but if his manipulation is lowering the share price by a lot this is a big problem.
