I think Directors have 60% of the 0/s shares and I know another party who has just under 5%. So you would call that a tight register.

But their does appear to be consistent selling down of the stock. Lets face it the overall market is crap and particularly for specs. There are never many buyers on the board and when some shareholders panic sell it forces down the price.

The last announcement regarding a small placement of 4 million shares and the purchase of a ferrosilican business is very positive. The placement was done at a premium to the current sp at the time.
