Even at the AGM in late May, these clowns had the nerve to state and advise the ASX the plant upgrade is "On time and on budget".

Of course now with the plant upgrade there have miraculously been breaches, underperformance, contracts terminated, delays, and to quote BDR a "lack of procurement and engineering oversight and quality control".
Holy crap, will this contraption being built by the lowest bidder be fit for purpose ?
