If the DOCA goes through, it'll likely be reinstated. If not it'll likely be liquidated (unless another deal can be worked out).
If it's liquidated - EdF will get at best what they are owed, but certainly not more.
Without current specifics from the Administrators we don't know if PDN is losing money or not, but I'd say it is likely.
