I don't know what you're on about.
EdF would be entitled to at most the monies owed to them from the liquidated assets (if it goes to liquidation).
Why on earth would you possibly think they'd just be handed the whole company or even the whole of LHM which itself alone is 2-3 times what EdF is owed? o_0
