End of month looking extremely good for our payment, Ghana Parliament has approved the concession agreement for the Electricity Company of Ghana. (BXC) court injunction failed!!
BXC Consortium’s attempt to stop the concession process did not succeed as the Commercial Court in Accra dismissed an interlocutory injunction BXC brought before it to stop the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA) from continuing the process.
BXC by the looks are no longer living in hope of a Ghana power grid control ‘resurrection’
BXC Laying off 600 Ghana workers
