Agree Lightforce. My guess was that with the release of Playr (soccer offering) all new soccer clients would be channeled this way. Why buy a playertek device if you are a soccer player if this newer (assuming superior) product is available for a similar price.
All other sports eg- hockey, NFL, AFL etc etc can use the playertek device.
What I am also keen to know is the pricing structure of their prosumer products. They sell for $250+ but for this to really be a game changer for the company they need these sales to produce recurring revenue. I think the team offerings have a subscription fee but not sure about single purchases. Again, and further to Lightforces' point we as SHers are guessing here?? I think management are learning from the previous management (would announce the opening of a letter) and want their financials to do the talking from here on out but basic info and filling us in on their strategy relating to these products is the least they can do (they've had multiple CR's to fund it...give us something in return!)
The uptake on these devices seems exceptional, if we can even have an annual subscription fee of $20-$50 that could lead to recurring revenue of in the tens of millions in future years. I can see 100's of thousands of these things being sold in the coming years...
Lastly, just a guess (again) but I get the feeling there is some big news coming re Playr..
