Re the timing of the 47.5M shares coming off escrow - good question.
Small Y1 escrow release – c. 7.5M shares between 29 August - 1 September, 2018.
The majority (40M) are Y2 escrow on 6 December 2019.
Based on the activity timelines (highlighted above) and discount to peer valuations etc., we should have the interest and be materially higher, by then anyway.
