insideman, I haven't put you on ignore because I prefer to see what posters reply to you - ignoring would have no context to base their replies on as you are quite a profilic poster. Feel free to exercise that option on my own posts though.
Non-holders repeating doesn't bother me in the slightest. Often they have a more objective view as well as other motives.

Why would he not mention it to Shareholders through the usual channels as an update ? Is it an unofficial trip at his own expense ? Nothing wrong with you having Hope..
