    IMO he will go to China and come back telling all and sundry that they really really interested in doing the project with PDY (cough)... SP appreciates with some big BUYS then the true believers start to get in again and then WHACK!... CR at a healthy discount for instant profit to some insto.

    rinse, and repeat..
