super tim the govt must look at all projects on their own merits and if PDY is in first that have to look at it and i believe will be approved gone down this street before.

To me it looks like the same posters keep coming back they must love PDY and hoping to buy in.

Some would call it downramping when you run a stock down so you can buy in maybe this is the case here.

But the thing is we have had a BIG buyer soaking up the sellers so it seems to me someone whats in.
