I asked Stokes where he was in relation to China, he just emailed me this response:
"We are working on a number of strategies to move Padbury forward including China and a number of other international potential funders for Oakajee.
When we have finalised our arrangements we will announce to the market as is our practice".
Looks like hes still looking for funding ay not relaying on the government to build it
