risk / reward is good though. If no permits it may drop back to say 30 cents. If there is permits then look out. It could be $3 minimum without even drilling a hole IMO. As pointed out in earlier post today - look at some of the valuations going around for potash companies - even one's that havent done a whole lot of exploration yet.
