Need to see the PFS to be sure this works at a good profit margin, then we need to source a strong partner to finance or farm out the project.
Until these things are in place you aren't going to see massive jump in the SP and even then you might still see negativity during the setup & commissioning stages just look at GBG if you want to see how negative things can get. Admittedly GBG have large debt which scares buyers but it's a good reminder of how harsh the market can be as they are currently shipping ore.
