Tcf there was mention in the press article yesterday that the land at Cape Preston currently is held by Mineralogy (Clive Palmer operation?) but is due to be surrendered back to the state in the near term.

I'm not an expert on these things, you sound like you have much more knowledge on these things than myself - have you had a look at the article? What are your impressions?

I personally believe that since all the deep water ports have fallen over it's possible the state wants to be involved in this new barge concept because it would be fairly embarassing for the govt if little old IOH was able to press ahead & establish a multi user barge operation whilst all of the govt port projects have failed.

Regardless, smells like good news to me.
