4-5 months back sp was over 9c. How on earth can a breakout appear on anything under that 9c only 4-5 months ago and no substantial news. Just another mou to appease locals and govt - gee whizz they have done everything humanly possible to appease.
Trying to make up a little lost ground from recent sell off and finding it difficult. The key with potential stocks is for management to endeavour to hold a sp so when good news arrives it is duly rewarded. Of course there are variables that are out of managements hands.

Still 2019 is looking positive.
