Commercial Progress In March 2018, Anteo has entered into a confidentiality agreement with a major battery end user in order to further discussions. This will occur as the company progresses its battery test work to help quantify the benefit of AnteoCoatTM. In August 2018, the Company executed its first Materials Transfer Agreement (“MTA” with a major Asian/ Global Battery Materials and Component Manufacturer. The agreement follows the work that Anteo has been conducting to characterise and validate the potential for AnteoCoatTM in increasing Silicon content and improving the performance and manufacturability of Lithium-ion battery anodes.
