PPY have no working veneering machine, or fibre cutting machine, or board making facility, nor does Ramy know how to design, build and get any of these things working. ... and PPY is meant to be supplying the "know how" .

How on earth the Chinese agreed to putting up the cash (which incidentally they haven't done yet !), without seeing ANYTHING actually working and producing board, is staggering.
