The only reason I have bought in as Nasdaq listed biotechs are valued a lot higher than any asx listed entities. Any sniff of success will have mane sp a lot higher than it would on the asx. And value will be reflected through that to htx. Hope lajolla is soon done and dusted as the cash need will reduce.
