I believe Mane are listing in the USA not here.
I also agree a strategic play and retention of a good portion of Mane. Technically I think also there is a little bit of mispricing of this 30% stake but the market here is probably factoring for business risk.
I think there will be some gains here also but I don't know how large.
Would love to see the share price 20 cents again
