From what I understand specific Biomarkers can be patented. I am pretty sure genes can't be.

My investment thesis...
I did a far bit of research into the company and its current board and liked what I read and heard.

Although this is a risk (as is any investment), the potential gains, which I believe will eventuate, will be large. They have sold the IP to OvPlex, but they still have their IgY assets and a 30% stake in Mane now as a part of the sale. They will also have a gateway to the American markets which will be considerable once sales start there.

Once the dust has settled and Mane is listed on the ASX at the end of December the book value of HTX will be considerably larger. When there sales are finally greater than there costs, well....

But like I said before (and everyone else on here)-
