    Interesting find Nathan.

All sounds a bit "CCC transport JV'ish" to me.

A nice bit of "consulting" and then never heard of again.

Putting aside the supposed off take with Noble for lump ore.

To set up a mine 26km in country and then come out and say you are thinking about building a Smelter as well, seems right out there.
    NOBLES $10m wont cover that.

Below is a link to Zamanco Minerals. (ZAM)

    They are in Zambia.
    There have Mg mining planned.
They have a drill program.....no...a real one.
And..plans for a smelter. (Near Mansa)
And god forbid, a planned BFS for all of it.

The first thing you will notice is their planned site for a smelter is next to a transformer sub station. Not 26km from no where and from a power source needing transmission lines into site.

The next, and what I have been saying, is the estimated Capex for.

    Mining/crasher at 180,000ton = US $12-14m

    Proposed Ferromanganese Smelter = $34-$38m

    Proposed Manganese MetalPlant = $3-$5m

You would think they had better use for their limited loaned funds. LIKE DRILLING!
You can only but shake your head!
