    Noble loan if goes through tomorrow will derisk this stock, making it a producer in 2 quarters. The low cost high commodity price justifies it to bring on production at the same time working on JORC. Noble wont risk their cash on promise and no JORC or mining study backing an off take contract. They must have done on ground DD. i am ready to buy on the ann of a loan deal.
