Or is the current (and in my view stable) dividend ratio of 7.3% enough to keep this guy propped up at the current price? Seems like a screaming buy but if i can wait for it to reach its 52 week low (and pick it up at a higher yield) then I will!
Anyone here own this? Doesn't seem to be too much interest of it around here as per the lack of comments.
