Without knowing what “background” you are refering to I can’t comment but whatever’s it is I don’t see how it could possibly mitigate peoples irrational fear. 

I am simply raising what I believe is a legitimate concern that could potentially cause delays, be it minor or major, during the public consultation phase. People can take it on board or just ignore it but I would caution on the latter. 

LYC is a good example of how irrational people can be when it comes to radioactive material.
