Im not sure youre aware of the background on this one based from what you are saying. So Id have to ask.
Why do you feel the uranium element is a concern beyond the EIA into the white paper? Because there will be more questions to answer or something and you think thats going to take a lot more time to explain perhaps? (leading into additional days or months maybe?)
If thats the case. Have you looked at the requirements for the uranium side of the process to see that they may offer this concern you suggest and are you perhaps suggesting that the publics perception or input at this time (white paper) could potentially influence the findings, of the department prior, or even the political assesment after, of additionally raised questions/objections?
It would be safe to assume this. Maybe too you could be spooked here by the trauma poor LYC faces with their radioactive debarkle. But Im just wondering if you have looked far enough into this to see any further than that assumption as well.
