I see the white paper to not be a concern as large, as stated, and contrary to the suggestive  timeframe delays in your former posts or further to any alluding now. You are of course welcome to be more concerned. However I think its pretty fair to say until we have any evidence to the contrary to draw from. Id fail to expect much different from roughly whats already been shown to date.
