On Behalf of the collective HDY shareholders (Email sent) 14/01/19, page-20

As I have acknowledged a number of times that I have no direct interest in HDY in the way of shares but I do have considerable interest in the injustice of all the carry on here at HDY and by association with VIC that I do have shares in. I have been supportive of the formation of the group and the letter sent to the ASX.

Now I am wondering whether it might be worth the group considering also sending an email to the HDY BOD to inform them of the formation of the group of discontented shareholders (which their spies on the forum will have alerted them to anyway....so it is probably no secret) and ....

• setting out the general thrust of the letter from the group to the ASX
• setting out the suggested conditions that the group has recommended to the ASX
• and perhaps even a strong suggestion that the BOD should resign (unlikely to happen)
• and any other comment that may be deemed relevant.

I suggest this because it may well influence what the HDY BOD come up with in their "detailed submission" that they need to have into the ASX before 10 am on this Friday morning.

If HDY starts singing some of the same song as the ASX has already received from HDY shareholder group then that might help in achieving the result that is desired. That, of course, depends on whether the ASX is of a mind to not proceed with the delisting 

Just a suggestion to be considered for what it is worth.
