WI LONDON, Always happy to read positive posts on a story we know will turn out well for us believers. I think the meeting on 29th will be upbeat on the demand side for Anthracite and Metalurgical coals generally as investors realise that S.A is the place to be, considering Ausies inabilty to compete due to high labour costs for infastructure and extraction plus a number of taxes that are a disincentive to any sort of mining here. Also the realisation that based on World Resource Institute predictions of a further 1199 coal fired plants to be constructed in 59 countries in the foreseable future bodes well for coal[yes thermal]demand. I see met. coal is still bringing US $ 200 and Anthracite in particular will be underproduced to demand by 2015. I also note plans to build an extension to Richards Bay port in S.A this can only assist ZYL to export what is left after local plants[Chromite, mineral sands etc take their cut of production. Cheers Chooky
