The AGM is on Monday 25th November 2002 at 3.30pm.
It does seem that it has developed some sideways action for the moment but the positive is, as you said, that it closes above $5.00. I would suspect the reason for this would be a combination of waiting for good news to come out of the US trip and/or AGM and the fact that UNI has been doing well this week.
All it takes for OMI is one good deal in the US for their retractable syringe and you will see them fly again.

PS. I had a dream last night that when I checked the share price of OMI in the morning, it was $20.00 and climbed to $30.00 in the first hour. If only that were true LOL.
