Hi I could not find any mention of OMH in any of the Ntsimbintle...

    I could not find any mention of OMH in any of the Ntsimbintle hits on google or in the links in this thread and the shareholders diagram on the Tshipi website shows OMH and Ntsimbintle as two separate entities so I contacted OMH in an attempt to clarify the position. The reply I got is shown below which makes the situation clear, so I am sharing.

    OMH Mauritius Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of OMH, owns 26% of Mainstreet 774, and the JV partner Ntsimbintle owns the other 74% of Mainstreet 774.
    OMH does not own any shares in Ntsimbintle in any way.
