With the environmental controls continuing in summer it makes you think what may occur this winter

we could see a spike in prices in a few months time.

I am expecting the sp to hover around the $1 mark until the next financials are out but it could dip a little lower at the end of June but long term I see this as being much higher than these levels. I have bought twice recently as I got rid of some holdings in other sectors. I think I am just about done now though.
