    Why would OM Sarawak bother to do a joint venture with a competitor.
    AML is Pertama Ferroalloys Sdn Bhd (formerly AML Manganese (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd)

    Most likely false news.
    OM Sarawak's partner CMSB would not be impressed.
    OM Sarawak already produces FeSi and plans for silicon metal. They will go it alone at the right time, once debt is paid down and the extra power supply issue is sorted. I'd imagine they'll also wait until the silica mine is up and running.
