$7.5m /1.5bn shares for 100% acquisition of WG....This implies "nominal" SP of 0.005...Not too extravagant.
2.8bn shares after CR & CN/debt conversion gives it an MC under $9m.
Assets tied in SFG totals >$6m....If SFG doesn't go belly up, this could well be monetized.
Have no idea what the Brazilian JF is worth in this market.
I had "a few" million shares bought at 0.002 & almost written them off , but looks like a reasonable hold till the dust settles down....WG seems to have promise given its locale.
