And even if it does....does it matter? Yes to the people that trade, no to the people that invest and hold for the longer term.
It's indonesia-was always going to take far far longer than if they were planning to mine Western Oz for example. So long as the company is moving forward...at any pace I am happy irrespective of the share price at the moment.
