    Okay, let's for a moment pretend funding might be coming.

    While I don't believe a word of it, let's just go with it for a second.

    So, why would any funder bother putting a cent into FAS when all they need do is sit back and wait until it falls over and then they pick it up for next to nothing?

    Another bonus is they don't have to deal with an incompetent management and board.
