John I was thinking the same thing and was doing some research on the rules this morning.
I can't really think of any reason for Sienna to want to take it over. They have a significant holding and control and I imagine return would be the aim.
Do you now run the shares up via an on market buyback whilst simultaneously improving you return per share?
Thats what I would do but I am only a beer guy. These guys hardly ever put out info so just speculating.
