Another frustrated shareholder here.

The quote above is my reason for holding. I believe silver will be valued much higher in the future than it is now so I've tried to take positions in companies I think will benefit. IVR but also ARD, RIM, AZS, PNX, WRM. Some of these I've held for many years.

The last few years have been a double whammy of a sh*tting silver price coupled with lots of promises and hype but very little delivered aside from a cash burn rate that for some of these companies is pretty eye watering.

I'm hurting on IVR but am more underwater in some of the other silver plays above.

I'm more bullish on silver than ever and I think the current price of IVR 'may' represent good value. But I've learnt over the years that I am more often wrong than right in that regard so for the time being I'm staying away of buying more of any of the stocks above.

What I'm thinking about instead is a product like a CFD where I can take a punt on a higher future silver price without the company specific concerns. Don't have any experience in those sort of products so need to dig into that a bit more.
