Magna has more to gain by a successful OEX than it has by play a destabilising role. Of course it wants to maximise it's investment and I imagine it has bought up to it's share limit. All these conspiracy type ideas about Magana stalking OEX are complete hobbldy-hoy, imho.
If Magna wasn't happy with OEX operations, management or prospects for success it would have been selling down it's interest in OEX, which would have been noticed on the register.
