Understand your logic here but the RNS of the 21st July RM stated that "77H is exhibiting all the signs of a high performance well for Oilex". So expectations have to a degree been set, acknowledging the often over looked fact as you suggest - this has always been positioned as a proof of concept well.

The learnings / correlation of data between 73H, and 77H and to agree 76H, should provide a better understanding in relation the geology and potential commerciality of the rest of Cambay and this is indeed where the true med / long terms $ commercial value should be delivered. So if 77H just 'washed its face' from a commercial perspective - as you suggest - that would indeed be a positive - if it cross-subsidised/self funded exploration of the next well (alongside the realised options) with greater certainty/predictions of commercial value that would be a real result.
