Oilex moving forward

I'm interested in people's views with the state of play regarding Magna's interest in oilex, weather they are a predator or a friendly. Ron looks to me like he has been engaged in a bit of defence initially by acting on the EFF (Darwin) but also not issuing a more upbeat ASX ann. It's as if he doesn't want to sound over confident or give away too many positives in case Magna are putting together a bid.
I think Ron will wait for a production test to gain flow numbers and other well data, get all the ducks lined up and then announce to the market. Hopefully market likes the results and the SP escalates and Magna can't slip in a low ball offer.
