AWE is mostly a gas company - it probably doesn't react much to the WTI
Its oil project in Indonesia offshore, Ande Ande Lumut ,probably won't get to FID unless oil price goes to $60+.
The Santos is a 50% partner.
The two of them together with their combined track records should ensure that is a success.
Like my sentiment with the Santos I wish for AWE to be taken over.
Shareholders would be better off. There must be better managers out there.
Come on the Chinese!
